Stone Restoration

Our stone restoration and repair division carries out complex external fabric repair contracts in and around Edinburgh.

We are currently employed on the City of Edinburgh Council Framework Agreement for Statutory Notice repairs in Edinburgh.

Current fabric repair contracts range from £50,000 to £500,000 and include Natural Stonework replacement/repair, slate and lead roofing works, sash and case window replacement.

Our staff and management have extensive experience of this type of project and we are well aware of the challenges which are sometimes faced with External Common Fabric Repair Contracts.

Our Contracts are often funded or supervised by Edinburgh World Heritage and/or Historic Scotland and we are used to working within their parameters to achieve the desired quality and service.
